LRCS is looking for an energetic, creative person to work 32.5 hours per week to provide advocacy, coordination of services, and innovative planning for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in the Plymouth area.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with families, school systems, and knowledge of resources within the greater Plymouth community.
This person must be flexible, a team player, a good communicator, able to work independently, and possess strong leadership skills.

We are recruiting for Program Manager for the Plymouth area. Primary responsibilities include the coordination and implementation of residential and community based services on behalf of an adult male with autism. Other duties include hiring, supervising, scheduling and training of Direct Support Professionals to include use of augmentive communication and positive behavior supports. Completion of administrative paperwork related to certification and Medicaid billing as well as oversight of all medication administration in the home.
Qualified applicants will have five years experience working in a Human Services or Direct Support Professional capacity. Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Services field, or a Master’s degree may be substituted for experience. Training/knowledge of supporting individuals with autism, family support, PECS, Gentle Teaching and Job Development preferred. Interested candidates may submit their resume and letter of interest.
Lakes Region Community Services is looking to recruit a full-time Autism Support Specialist. This position requires expertise in the field of autism, knowledge of PECS communication systems, and ability to support a young man within his community. Lakes Region Community Services (LRCS) seeks an Interim Director of Operations. This position, in part or whole, has the possibility to develop into a permanent position. The initial duties will include serving as Clerk of the Works for an extensive renovation project and organization move. Ongoing responsibilities include: facility management, transportation management, and operational support to assist with the many facets of LRCS. The successful candidate will have experience with facility management and/or construction management, excellent communication skills, be self directed, and be willing to work as part of a team.
For the interim position, LRCS will consider those who want full or part-time employment.
