Flexible schedules 40 hours per week in our residential homes

Qualified applicants will have prior casework or related experience. Knowledge of family systems theory, current trends in childhood development and special education a plus. Bachelor’s degree in education, social work or related field preferred. Possesses effective interpersonal, communication, good organization/time management and computer skills. Must be self-directed, able to think quickly and work independently. Knowledge of Laconia and surrounding communities for available resources is preferred. The Family Support Council of Lakes Region Community Services (LRCS), a non-profit social services agency, is currently recruiting for a new part-time Social Activities Coordinator position for adults with disabilities. Responsibilities include coordinating integrated community based activities for adults within the Lakes Region area. Previous experience and extensive knowledge of the Laconia area is preferred. This is a 5 hour per week, hourly position with very flexible hours that will require attendance at the events or activities that are planned.
